A colorful but incisive rant against Copyright Royalty Judges. In somewhat antiquated language, hurling vicious but archaic insults at the "elite" (i.e., RIAA, SoundExchange, et al), the contention is that layering the Copyright Act with unworkable provisions, the CRB risks destroying enforceability of the entire Act.
