The Inevitable Rise and Liberation of NiggyTardust! is the latest album due out by poet/hip-hop combinator Saul Williams and is produced by Trent Reznor. If you think about it, with Trent Reznor doing his Year Zero promos and being outspoken against the government, hooking up with Saul Williams makes sense.
