The court decided that Britney Spears should pay most of the legal costs her former husband Kevin Federlayna, reports The International Herald Tribune.
Ex-wife through the courts decide custody of two sons, and Federlayn already spent for the services of lawyers, more than a hundred and fifty thousand dollars. Now Spears will have to pay 120000 dollars Kevin lawyers.
The judge said that one of the reasons for such a decision was "a marked disparity of income parties." Note that currently pays monthly Spears, former husband of 20000 dollars. She also commended Federlaynu additional 15000 dollars in benefits for the maintenance of children.
Britney Spears and Kevin Federlayn married in October of 2004. Singer itself filed for divorce after two years of marriage.
