Afghanistan, US agree to avoid civilian deaths

"Right now there is a lot of disillusionment with President [Hamid] Karzai. Because senior US officials increasingly blame our woes in Afghanistan on that country's leader, Hamid Karzai. In a stern warning last month, Afghan President Hamid Karzai had said that civilian casualties would not be tolerated any more.
